Foody Friday


This recipe is a mix of two from my slow cooker recipe book.

Very Easy!

Casserole Beef or whatever cheap cut of meat
1 litre water
beef stock powder
can of lentils
onion

Fry Beef until Brown. Place in slowcooker with water and stock and chopped onions. Cook on low 6 -8 hours. Add a can of lentils in the last hour or so.

Serve on mashed potato.

4 ingredients. Easy. Tasty!

Nice post! I like this post and as per i know that there is some good information about slow cooker because it is more helpful in winter as well as monsoon and it is evergreen used by people who doing job. Thanks for sharing this info.

That looks very yummy! I have a recipe for sweet potato lentil stew you make in the crockpot. You put lentils, sweet potatoes, and a can of diced tomatoes, some spices and water and cook on low about 6 hours. It's so healthy, and so yummy. TONS of fiber too. I have the recipe on my cooking blog if you want it.
